The location was unbeatable and magnificent, easy to walk around the old town, convenient to go everywhere. Besides, it was really close to the services and things to do in Hanoi. The units were elegant and the staff were very helpful and exceptionally attentive people at night shift.

The rooms are well-appointed and spotlessly clean and generally offer a safe, multi-channel television and a mini fridge bar. It has good location right by a traditional water puppet theater. If in Hanoi again would use them next time.

I have just returned from a very very good stay in this hip new hotel, well furnished rooms. The staff are extremely helpful and genuinely helpful, they keep the place spotless. Lovely breakfast is served in the bar. Its location in the city centre is unbeatable. When I am in Hanoi, I like staying here.
